Because of the different data sources, the sections in the individual sub-reports may vary in length from one another, so subrreport full report is rendered suubreport such: Exporting subreports to excel I don’t see your custom options.
I’ve been at this for hours! I have the need to export my Crystal XI report that contains three subreports all in the Details section to a. While what you suggest would work, in theory, it comes with the price of performance degradation because, instead of the main report running 3 sub-reports, it would now be running 9 sub-reports.

I haven’t tried this yet as it will be a bit labourious, but may give it a go tomorrow as I’m running out of options. The help file for Crystal says that it repoft not export sub-reports when they are in page header or deport footer sections.
The individual sections of the sub-reports still do not line up with each other. The Tek-Tips staff will check this out and take appropriate action.
