First, they manage to present their findings, research, data, case studies, and advice in a manner that is easy to understand and accessible to everyone from the average person to a C-Suite exec. It was a good book for me though as I am in the web development business and it is important for me to understand chzrlene of the social media concepts out there.

It would not only be ineffective, but might backfire.
