It may be a good basic book but there wasn’t much that stuck with me. They are both such good value.

The sub-title may lead you to believe it’s simply a ‘self-help’ book to overcome habits, but samskaras which are what the yoga tradition calls the patterns of behavior thoughts and actions that make up habits are really the constituents of personality!
